These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WatchAI services provided by Isildur LLC (d/b/a "WatchAI"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Free trial and subscriptions

We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial, your plan converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled.
Plans, pricing, and features are described on our website. Taxes may apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.

Billing and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for fees due.
You are responsible for providing a valid payment method and keeping billing information current.
Failed charges may result in suspension of access until payment is successful.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Where advertised, a 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions. Conditions: request within 30 days of first charge; excludes misuse and enterprise custom plans; refund to original payment method within 10 business days.
Prorations/refunds after service consumption are generally not provided unless required by law.

Fair use and acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities. Respect intellectual property and applicable laws.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security, or abuse rate limits.
Reasonable usage limits may apply (e.g., number of tracked competitors, requests per period).

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the service.
We own all rights in and to the service, including software, models, and generated insights, except for your content.
Restrictions on reuse of generated content: permitted for your internal business purposes; public redistribution or resale requires prior written consent.

Confidentiality

We will treat non-public information you share as confidential and use it solely to provide the services, except where disclosure is required by law or with your prior consent.

Warranties and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that insights will meet your expectations.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases; we may retain certain data as required by law.
